Friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced services. I took my iPhone in with what I thought was a serious, costly problem. They cleaned the charging point and fixed the phone and charged me nothing. In the past I’ve had a laptop repaired and so has a friend of mine. I’ve wandered into the shop several times with my piddling queries and he’s always been so helpful and obliging. This time I was ‘pleased’ to take a bigger problem for his attention – my router had suddenly died. He tested it and tried a new battery, then confirmed it did appear to be deceased (not just pining for the fjords!😜) Then he had one more brainwave and tried a new extreme heat micro soldering technique and voila – my router lives to power up my home wifi once again! So grateful for his expertise, and very reasonably priced 👍

I went in to have my cracked iPhone screen replaced. Very friendly, great customer service over the phone and in person. Very knowledgeable and considerate staff.
