How much does a repair cost?
Every job starts with a diagnosis and an upfront quote - you'll know the price before we start. If we find a viable repair and you choose not to go ahead, a diagnostic fee applies for the time spent. If your device can't be fixed, you pay nothing.
How long will my repair take?
Most phone and computer repairs are completed within 1-2 business days. Console board-level work (like HDMI ports) typically takes 2-3 business days depending on parts.
Do I need to back up my data first?
We always recommend a backup if your device still works, but it's not required. We take every precaution with your data, and for storage replacements we can clone your existing drive so everything is exactly where you left it.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes - every repair and every part we fit is covered by a 90-day warranty. If the same fault comes back within that period, we fix it again free.
Do you support small businesses?
Yes - we look after Microsoft 365, business email, antivirus and endpoint security, backups and ongoing IT support for small businesses across Adelaide's south.
